choose a month Throughout the year, we will offer many different dishes involving seasonal and/or local products and produce, some directly from Mother Nature, others farmed; in addition, each month we traditionally prepare what we refer to as “True Bistro Dishes”. Chef/Partner Masato Suzuki has mastered the Culinary Art of versatility and adaptation, and honestly, you won’t find better authentic French dishes in France, especially at the value D&J offers them... So, go ahead, be tempted, do not resist, come and visit...!

* Our true Bistro dish will be ... “Julia’s Boeuf Bourguignon”... Braised beef in red wine reduction, over mashed potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and pearl onions… a simple dish from a “not-so-simple” recipe involving many necessary steps and including lots of ingredients to make it the best you’ll ever have…

* Sunday the 9th… D&J Bistro 21st Annual Car Rally . . . a Friendly gathering of Car enthusiasts followed by a casual Dinner . . . Car must be pre-registered, prizes , Show & Tell, ... always a lot of Fun. If you don t have a car, just stop by to enjoy the view and ask questions. Call for more information and registration.
* Sunday 16th…Father’s day…We all know it is not as popular as Mother’s Day! It’s time to give Papa proper credit; we will help: Free glass of wine when ordering the “True Bistro Dish” of the month. Have you ever ordered from our catering menu? Are you aware that you can order beautiful (and delicious!) cakes to go, made in house by our pastry chef? Competitively priced I must add!
